Across a career spanning the military, government, private sector, and nonprofit arenas, CJ has built a reputation for turning complexity into clarity. As a U.S. Army Psychological Operations Officer, he designed and executed influence campaigns across West Africa—experience that deepened his understanding of human behavior, message framing, and social change.

Following nearly a decade of military service, CJ led strategic communications, emerging technology, and cybersecurity initiatives at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, New York City Cyber Command, and Deloitte. Today, as Senior Vice President for Growth and Partnerships at M&C Saatchi World Services, he continues to bridge behavioral insight with creative execution—helping mission-driven organizations and global brands alike drive impact at scale.
